White Center is a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. It lies between Seattle and Burien part of which was annexed by Burien on 1 April 2010.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Burien to take census of North Highline | The Highline Times / Des Moines News )〕 The population was 13,495 at the 2010 census.
White Center is often referred to with the nickname "Rat City" which may either be due to a proponderence of rats at some point in history or the presence of a military Relocation and Training Center during World War II.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Where exactly is Rat City? « Rat City Rollergirls )〕 The Rat City Rollergirls are a Seattle roller derby team that began training in White Center.

White Center is located at (47.507370, -122.347385). It has a total area of 2.25 square miles (5.83 km²), of which 99.6% is land and 0.4% is water.
